Sarah is a body image coach who helps women develop healthier relationships with their bodies so that they can feel confident, worthy and free from society’s beauty and body standards. She works with clients who are struggling with negative body image and uses a non-diet approach, instead, focusing on reframing their mindset and beliefs about themselves and their bodies. Having struggled with her own body image and an eating disorder, since she was a teenager, Sarah is passionate about helping other women to feel freedom and peace within themselves.
