I am interested in the science, art and mysticism of personal growth and well-being. I share on mindfulness and meditation, health and wellness, holistic healing and the journey of motherhood –

all the while, sharing my explorations and discoveries in hopes of inspiring you to tap back into your truest sense of well-being.

 

The approach is holistic in nature whether it be through talk therapy, mindfulness, guided visualizations, mindset, meditation or breath work, the work is designed to facilitate you moving from a constricted place of judgement and self-criticism to an open place of self-acceptance and compassion.
